Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

By sponsoring Burton Park Wanderers Football Club (“BPWFC”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Sponsorship Terms

• Sponsorship packages are offered on a seasonal basis (typically one year), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All sponsorships are subject to availability and approval by the club.

• BPWFC reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel sponsorship agreements if necessary.

2. Payments

• All sponsorship fees are payable in full upfront, unless an alternative payment plan is agreed.

• Pitch-side banner production and installation will only proceed after a minimum of two payments (or full payment if paying annually) has been received.

• Payment must be made via the club’s website, bank transfer, or an agreed method.

3. Pitch-side Banners

• One pitch-side banner is included per sponsor, sized according to the package selected (Small for Bronze, Medium for Silver, Large for Gold).

• Banner sizes are not cumulative across tiers.

• Sponsors may supply their own artwork, or the club can arrange printing at an agreed cost.

• The club retains final approval of banner designs to ensure alignment with club values and visibility standards.

• Banners are displayed for the duration of the sponsorship season unless weather or ground damage occurs.

4. Logo Use & Visibility

• Sponsors must provide a high-quality logo in the requested format for inclusion on the website, social posts, or kit (where applicable).

• Logos may appear on various media including the club website, social media posts, printed materials, and kit (if part of the agreed package).

• BPWFC reserves the right to remove or withhold logo use if a sponsor’s brand conflicts with the club’s ethics or values.

5. Squad Night Sponsor Terms

• This package includes hosting 2–3 official squad events during the season.

• The club will aim to bring 15–20 players, staff, and partners to the venue on mutually agreed dates.

• Social media promotion includes tagging, shoutouts, and photo sharing at the event.

• The club does not guarantee food/drink sales and will not be liable for no-shows due to unavoidable fixture changes, illness, or weather.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made within 14 days of booking may be eligible for a refund, minus any production costs incurred.

• No refunds are offered after 14 days unless the club is unable to fulfill the agreed sponsorship benefits.

7. Club Discretion

• BPWFC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to sponsorship offerings, event dates, or marketing content without prior notice.

• Any changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

8. Legal & Liability

• Sponsors agree not to use the club’s name or logo in any misleading or inappropriate way.

• The club is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or reputational damage related to sponsorship activities.
